Colorado* has pretty liberal traffic laws. Turning right on red is legal. Turning left on red is legal provided both roads are one-way. I do these all the time.

Speeding under 5mph doesn't have a ticket associated with it, only a warning. I speed ~10mph usually.

I pass on the right, this is legal here as well tho.

Yesterday I was with someone and we needed to make a left-hand turn. The road had double-yellow lines, but a pair wide enough for a car to sit between. The driver didn't want to turn left over the double yellow lines, and I never would have questioned it. I kinda bet I'm right, but I'm not fully confident.

*Colorado has homerule law which allows for cities to enact laws that supersede the state's laws. Many of the cities and towns here can ticket for speeding under 5mph due to their local laws.
