Police said that shortly after 1 a.m. Tuesday, one man set a fire in the basement of the home. When the other two housemates confronted him, he opened fire, killing one and injuring the second as that student tried to flee the house.
The shooter then went to the rear of the house and killed himself, police said.
The injured student is expected to survive.
